Quick note….I use dark cocoa instead of regular cocoa in my home. Dark cocoa offers some AMAZING health benefits.

It is high in Flavanols (antioxidant compounds) that when consumed regularly have been shown to….

  • Lower blood pressure
  • Decrease the risk of heart attack and stroke
  • Lower bad “LDL” cholesterol, raising good “HDL” cholesterol
  • Helps reduce cravings for salty, sweet, or fatty foods
  • Reduce the risk of diabetes
  • Protection against UV rays
  • Anti blood clotting properties that thin out the blood similar to asprin
  • Mood enhancer
  • Helps with vision
  • Improve brain function
  • Helps with panic and anxiety attacks
