Meatballs are one of the easiest things to make and can be used in several dishes ranging from soups to subs and sauces or as a main course in a meal. I love to make double or triple the amount I need and freeze them because of their versatility.
Meatballs
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix hamburger, shallot, panko, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until well blended.
- Roll a small amount in the palms of your hands until it forms a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 until golden brown and thoroughly cooked inside (about 20-30 minutes).
Note: The bigger the meatball, the longer it will take to cook. The overall size you make is completely up to you. I generally make mine about a 1 inch in diameter.
Enjoy!
